Alice Monvaillier's ultra-colorful pop style plays with the absurd. The world she creates is sweet and subversive at the same time, playing on the contrast between the apparent sweetness of the characters and their quirky, mischievous attitude, with their round eyes as if caught in the act of indulgence.
