Medusa Altarpiece

Hanging sculptural work.
A unique piece crafted from wood and organized in layers, suspended by threads.
Inspired by “The Raft of the Medusa.”
The creation is born in the shadows, projecting the absence of the body and evoking a profound connection between design and painting.

Each layer of wood is interwoven in a subtle dialogue, and the pieces' superposition reflects the duality between structure and chaos.
The work becomes a play between meticulous planning and spontaneous improvisation, highlighting the clash between symbolic order and the emergence of reality.
