For their new brand platform, the famous 1664 beer brand wanted to highlight Art à la française.
Several artists, including Saturn, were invited to create an À LA FRENCH visual using 1664's colors and the iconic shape of its bottle, expressing in their own way the brand's French origins.

This collaboration was also an opportunity for Saturn to meet its community of fans and get them involved in various workshops, including coaster customization!

Saturn

Hermann Koudou, best known as Saturn, is a French illustrator and graphic designer. His compositions are iconographic sets which combine simple shapes with vivid colours, creating symbolic patterns, evoking a modern psychedelic esoterism. Mixing abstraction with figuration, his approach lends itself just as well for pure illustration, screen printing or animation, or even carpet handcrafting. Hermann describes his art as 'primitive', as his process of creating modern hieroglyphs is led by intuition.
